3. Orders and Payments

3.1. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3.2. Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your payment information.

3.3. Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

3.4. All sales are considered final sale, except as expressly provided in Section 5.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and availability of products.

4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure circumstances.

4.3. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.

4.4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are provided only for defective or damaged physical items.

5.2. Customers must notify us within 2 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the unopened package showing external shipping damage.

5.3. Claims without such evidence will not be accepted.

5.4. Digital products and photography services are non-refundable.

5.5. Artistic dissatisfaction, change of mind, or subjective preferences are not valid reasons for refund or

replacement.

6. Digital Downloads

6.1. Digital products (such as photos, presets, or other files) are delivered electronically; no physical shipment is made.

6.2. All digital products are for personal use only. Resale, distribution, or sharing without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6.3. Once delivered, digital downloads are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.

7. Creative Vision

7.1. All photography, editing, and retouching represent the artistic vision of the photographer.

7.2. By purchasing services or products, the client accepts this artistic vision.

7.3. Requests for changes, refunds, or re-shoots based on personal taste or artistic preference will not be accommodated.

8. No RAW Files

8.1. Raw, unedited image files are never delivered under any circumstances.

8.2. Only final, edited images selected and prepared by the photographer will be provided.

9. Copyright and Licensing

9.1. All photographs, digital files, and content remain the sole intellectual property of Denis Boldyrev and are protected by copyright law.

9.2. Purchase of a print, product, or digital file grants the client a limited personal-use license only.

9.3. Commercial use, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited unless a separate written license is purchased.

9.4. Clients may request to purchase additional usage rights or a full copyright buyout. Such rights are subject to separate negotiation and additional fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Website and its content are provided “as is, ” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products.

10.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
